Use our convenient and secure online reservation form to request availability for a booking at the Hibiscus Beach Resort. Your credit card is not automatically charged. Our normal procedure is to verify availability, and if we have availability and can confirm your reservation request, we will then charge your card for the Deposit amount, unless otherwise instructed. If we have any questions, we will email or call you before charging your card and processing your reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until Hotel replies back with Confirmation Number.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 50% deposit of the total expected amount of your reservation at the time the reservation is made/guaranteed, with the balance due on Check-In.
Our Cancellation Policy requires notification of cancellation 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival to obtain a refund of the deposit. (30 or more days for Group/Wedding Reservations) If you are booking a reservation and are already within 14 days of the Arrival Date, you are already within the Cancellation Period. Changes to Arrival Dates or number of Stay Dates within 14 days of the Arrival Date are also considered Cancellations.
NOTE: WE CHARGE A $50 RE-SCHEDULING / RE-BOOKING FEE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS WHICH ARE CHANGED / RE-SCHEDULED AFTER THE INITIAL RESERVATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
We cannot guarantee a specific room, room number, or building, and reserve the right to relocate discounted rate rooms.
We do not offer refunds for No-Shows or early departures.
WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CONSIDER TRAVEL OR TRIP INSURANCE, especially for travel during Hurricane Season and/or travel during the Winter months, when there can be delays, since Hibiscus Beach Resort cannot be responsible for travel which is interrupted and/or cancelled due to weather and/or the daily operations of the airline carrier you have chosen. Weather, Illness, or delays are always possible.

Check-In is anytime after 3 pm - Check-Out is by Noon Office Hours are generally 8 am to 10 pm If you expect to arrive after hours, please contact our office prior to your arrival date or let us know above, so that we may make arrangements for your arrival.
