Beachfront Guest Rooms
| Room Amenities Our rooms are standard-type hotel rooms in size and accommodation. Most rooms have King size bed with comfy club chair and ottoman. Other rooms will contain 2 beds, usually a King size bed and a Full size bed. (We have a limited number of rooms with 2 beds) Our rooms will contain the following amenities: ~ Air Conditioning ~ Ceiling fans ~ Bathroom amenities: (shampoos, soaps, lotions) ~ Shower (Tub in Handicap only) ~ Iron/Ironing board ~ Hair dryer ~ Coffee maker with complimentary coffee, cream & sugar supplies ~ Alarm clock ~ Cable television - limited channels ~ Telephone - Most Rooms - Not all rooms will have phones. We have on-going issues with salt and telephone lines being so close to ocean's edge ~ In-Room Safe ~ Complimentary Wireless Internet (best signal on Patio) ~ Mini-Fridge (with 2 complimentary bottles of water upon arrival for rooms booked in advance) Downstairs rooms have terraces; Upstairs rooms have balconies - Both have comfortable outdoor patio furniture for your relaxation. We have 2 Wheelchair-Accessible Guest Rooms WE NO LONGER HAVE MICROWAVES in our Guest Rooms due to increasingly frequent power surges from the island's power plant which result in burned out computer boards. We regret any inconvenience. |

Downstairs versus Upstairs: Downstairs Guest Rooms have terraces and open right onto to the sand. Some guests like the
convenience of being able to open their sliding door and be only feet from their lounge chairs and the beach. To them, the down-
stairs floor is the absolute perfect location, with great convenience, views and breezes. Upstairs Guest Rooms have quite large
balconies and usually quite nice breezes. Some guests prefer the coziness of a balcony view, amidst swaying palm fronds in the
breeze. They love the upstairs rooms and their stunning views and near-constant trade winds. Every guest has their own preference.

unobstructed ocean views but do not offer as much shade as others. We would consider these to be preferred locations. Other
buildings that sit back from the water among a scattering of palms and hammocks have generally very good ocean views and would
also be considered to be preferred locations. A few buildings sit somewhat further back from the ocean but are still located on the
beach, and have partial or limited ocean views among tropical coconut palms. These buildings would be considered mid-back
